From ancient Lviv and Kyiv with their majestic cathedrals and cozy streets to the stunning nature of the Carpathian Mountains.

This tour of Ukraine will be an unforgettable adventure for any and every traveler.

The tour has an excursion-expedition nature with several levels that determine the tour program.

Level 1 provides an opportunity to see amazing places of interest and relax, and then experience the wartime atmosphere of the present day by visiting the cities of Bucha, Irpin, Borodyanka, which became known all over the world due to the tragic events of the war.

Level 2 provides an opportunity to visit Kharkiv and Kupiansk.

Level 3, the most extreme of them all, provides an opportunity to personally visit the East of Ukraine.

 

The MAIN CONCEPT of this tour is that it was developed together with the Direct Help Foundation.

By paying for this tour you ensure that 30% of its cost will be used to purchase used pickup trucks from Europe. These trucks will then be used for evacuation purposes.

This way, you will not only experience a range of emotions, but also directly participate in saving lives.

 

Tour program:

Level 1

Day 1. Arrival in Warsaw. Meeting at the airport. Transfer from the airport to the hotel in Warsaw (Warsaw Mariott Hotel 5* or similar). Rest time. Food at your own expense.

Day 2. 10:00 – breakfast. 11:00 – departure to Ukraine. Crossing the border. Lunch. Accommodation in one of the IBIS hotels in downtown Lviv. Dinner. Rest time.

Day 3. 9:00 – breakfast. Checking out from the hotel. 10:00 a.m. – tour of Lviv with an English-speaking guide. Lunch. Departure to Prykarpattia, Carpathians. Possible accommodation: Rixos Prykarpattya. Check-in. Dinner. Night at the hotel.

Day 4. Breakfast. Attending an excursion (jeep safari or visiting the bathing vats, depending on the season). Lunch during the excursion. Return to the hotel. Dinner.

Day 5. 9:00 – breakfast. Checking out from the hotel. 10:00 – departure to Kyiv via Kamianets-Podilskyi. Stop for lunch on the way. Check-in at the IBIS 4* hotel in downtown Kyiv. Rest time. A walk in the downtown, dinner (depending on the time of arrival).

Day 6. Breakfast. Tour of Kyiv with an English-speaking guide (approximate cost – $100). Lunch. Trip to the suburbs of Kyiv (Bucha, Irpin). Return to the hotel. Dinner.

Day 7. Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. All day in Kyiv. An opportunity  to visit Sophia of Kyiv, Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. 16:00 – lunch + time to organize some snacks for the train (available at McDonald’s). Departure to Warsaw.

Day 8. Arrival in Warsaw. Meeting and relocation to the hotel near the airport. Check-in at the Mariott 4* hotel.    Independent departure to the city is possible. Dinner in the center at your own expense.

Day 9. Departure to the USA depending on the flight time.

 

Level 2

FOR THOSE WHO want more extreme experiences, the continuation of the program.

Day 7. Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Departure to Kharkiv. Accommodation in 4room hotel (Mykola Khvylovy Street (formerly Mayakovsky St.)). Free time. Lunch. Tour of the city: the downtown, North Saltivka district.

Day 8. Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Trip to Kupyansk. Meeting with military personnel. Ceremonial transfer of the pickup truck. Departure from Kharkiv after lunch. Accommodation at the IBIS hotel in downtown Kyiv. Dinner.

Day 9. Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. All day in Kyiv. An opportunity  to visit Sophia of Kyiv, Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. 16:00 – lunch + time to organize some snacks for the train (available at McDonald’s). Departure to Warsaw.
